IronBridge Capital Management, L.P. is an investment management firm founded in 1999. IronBridge began as a subsidiary of HOLT Value Associates, L.P., which is the research firm that innovated the CFROI^® corporate performance measurement and valuation framework and was ultimately acquired by Credit Suisse in February of 2002.

In late 1999, IronBridge was spun out from HOLT as an independent firm. The IronBridge team carries forward HOLT’s passion for understanding the link between corporate performance and shareholder value and a strong commitment to serving its clients, employees and business partners.

As of December 31, 2011, we manage approximately $6.08 billion for pension funds, endowments, foundations and high net worth individuals.
