Ty Baird joined IronBridge in 2006 as a member of the investment team focusing on identifying and evaluating accounting risks at those companies being considered for investment by IronBridge. His early contributions as an equities analyst were primarily as a generalist, but in 2009 became more focused on the Energy and Utilities industries.

In 2009, Ty was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for IronBridge, responsible for managing the day-to-day operating and accounting activities.

Prior to joining IronBridge, Ty was an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche in the financial services industry practice.

Ty graduated with Distinction from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997 with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. Ty obtained his CPA license in 1999.
