Tom Fanter joined IronBridge in 2004 as an equity analyst focused on the information technology and telecommunications services sectors. He is also responsible for designing the proprietary IronBridge equity analysis and valuation system. While in graduate school, Tom completed internships with both IronBridge and Microsoft Corporation. Previously, he worked as a software engineer for both Divine, Inc. and Motorola, Inc.

Tom became a portfolio manager on the Small/SMID Cap team in November 2011.

Tom holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
