Charlie Henness joined IronBridge in 2002 as operations manager. After making significant contributions in a number of areas within IronBridge, he was promoted to equity analyst. As a member of the research team, Charlie primarily focuses on the financial sector. Prior to IronBridge, he was a manager in investment operations at Zurich Scudder Investments.

Charlie became a portfolio manager on the Large Cap team in November 2011.

Charlie received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1997 and is a CFA charterholder.
