In 2005, Paul joined IronBridge as an analyst and the same year he assumed co-portfolio management responsibilities of the Large Cap strategy with Chris Faber. Prior to that, as a portfolio consultant for HOLT Value Associates, L.P., and later Credit Suisse HOLT, he consulted to a number of major global buy-side clients/firms using the CFROI^® framework.

He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
