John O'Connor joined IronBridge in 2006 as an equity analyst focused on industrial companies. John began working with Chris Faber and Sam Eddins when he joined HOLT Value Associates, L.P. in 2000 and later at Credit Suisse, where he was a sector specialist responsible for U.S. consumer discretionary stocks. Previously, he worked as a mutual fund analyst for both First Union Securities and The Windsor Group, Ltd.

John became a portfolio manager on the Large Cap investment team in November 2011.

John received his B.S. in Finance from Butler University in 1996, graduated with honors from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management in 2005 and is a CFA charterholder.
