John Davis joined IronBridge in May of 2003 to head the Compliance, Trading, and Operations areas. He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for IronBridge. John met Chris Faber and Sam Eddins when he started and managed the broker/dealer subsidiary for HOLT Value Associates L.P. Previous to HOLT, he was responsible for operations and compliance for Mercer's Commission Recapture and Transition Management practice.

John graduated from Ohio University in 1993 with a B.S., cum laude, in Finance and Business Law.
