IronBridge
Process
Investment Discipline
IronBridge's stock selection
process begins with a proprietary means
of determining where a company is in its
Life Cycle. The Life Cycle position determines
our path of research in terms of which “value
drivers” are most important to future
wealth creation.
With our proprietary ranking
system, we screen over 3,000 companies
to identify the most attractive
within each Life Cycle class. Among the
most attractive screened companies, we
then determine whether capital investment
is consistent with wealth creation.
We like to buy
companies whose “value drivers” imply
continued success, where management action
is consistent with wealth creation and
where management is likely to beat expectations
implied by the current share price.
